Natural honey is composed of fructose, carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins and enzymes that, due to their low weight molecules can go deeper into the hair structure and deliver the nutrients needed to give it vitality, hydration and shine to the hair. When going through the quaternization process, the honey starts to have an affinity with the hair intensely increasing its fixation in the hair.
